Every project we take on falls under one of four disciplines. We don't sub-contract the work out to whoever's free. Every trade is part of our team, and Isuf is on site to make sure of it.

i.
- Loft Conversions

Adding a floor,
not just a room.

Loft conversion

Done properly, a loft conversion is the single best return on space your home will ever see. Done badly, you'll feel it every time it rains.

We handle dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable and L-shaped conversions across Surrey and South West London. Structural steels, plumbing, electrics, plasterboard, joinery, flooring and decoration: all of it from our team, on one schedule.

Most of our loft work runs eight to twelve weeks from start to handover, depending on size and stair routing. Every conversion is signed off to current Building Regulations, including fire-rated stair enclosures and Part L insulation.

Extension

Whether you're opening up the back of the kitchen or adding a full second-storey wing, we build extensions that look like they've always been part of the house.

Our extension work is priced honestly per square metre, with the exact figure depending on access, ground conditions and the level of finish. Foundations, masonry, steels, glazing, roofing, plastering and decoration: all in-house, all on one schedule.

We work closely with your architect, or we can recommend one. Either way, the build itself is owner-led, and the same crew that lays the foundations will hand you the keys.

Refurbishment

A full refurbishment is where having every trade in-house really pays off. No waiting on someone else's electrician. No weeks lost between trades.

We take on whole-house refurbishments across Surrey and SW London, from period properties needing sensitive restoration through to top-to-bottom modernisations of family homes. Carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, decoration and finishing under one roof.

We're particularly suited to clients renovating a property they've just bought and don't yet live in, where a single point of contact and a defined finish date matter more than anything else.

- Roofing

Weather-tight,
properly flashed.

Roofing

Most of our roofing comes in alongside loft work or extensions, but we also take on standalone re-roofs, repairs and flat-roof replacements.

We work in tile, slate, lead and modern flat-roof systems. Whether it's a slipped tile after a storm, a leaking chimney flashing or a complete strip-and-recover with new battens and felt, we treat it the same: diagnose properly, fix once, guarantee the work.

Roofing is one of those trades where corner-cutting catches up with you in three winters. We don't cut them.

"We started as carpenters. We're still carpenters. The difference now is we have a team we trust to take on the rest."

Pro Build Construction is run by two brothers, Isuf and Bujar Kraja. Between us we've spent decades on building sites across London and Surrey, and we started this company because we were tired of seeing good clients let down by builders who didn't show up, didn't finish, or didn't care.

Today, almost every job we take on comes through a recommendation. A client in Teddington tells their neighbour. A house we finished two years ago leads to the next one down the road. That isn't an accident. It's the result of doing the work properly, charging fairly, and being someone people are happy to put their name behind.

Around us we've built a small, settled team of plasterers, electricians, plumbers, painters and roofers we've worked with for years. Everyone is paid per job, everyone takes responsibility for their own work, and one of us is on site to make sure it all comes together.

We quote what the job costs. No padded numbers, no surprise extras halfway through. If something changes during the build, we tell you before we do it, never after.

The same trades you meet on day one are the trades that finish the job. We don't sub it out to whoever's available, and we don't disappear once the deposit clears.

iii.

Finished means finished

A job isn't done when the heavy work's over. It's done when the snagging's complete, the site's clean, and you're happy to walk us off the property.
